WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, Shika & Co. Extensions do not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?

Yes, Shika & Co. Extensions are dye friendly and should be dyed or toned by a professional colorist.

ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?

Yes, our extensions are 100% virgin, unprocessed, and ethically sourced Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it. Please see our CONTACT page.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Shika & Co. Extensions do not offer exchanges and returns. Be sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on the site.

HOW LONG DOES SHIKA & CO. EXTENSIONS LAST?

Shika & Co. Extensions can last for more than one year with proper maintenance and care. We recommend co-washing the hair with our non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?

The number of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you are trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles are usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for a fuller look.

DOES SHIKA & CO. EXTENSIONS OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when purchasing hair during our sale periods, shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.

DOES SHIKA & CO. EXTENSIONS PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
